This brewer was a warranty replacement for the same item. The old brewer was defective. I have used the new one less than 10 times so far, but it makes a strange noise while brewing (that the old one did not make) and does not fill the 10 oz. size I choose; however, it does make a cup of coffee so that is all I care about. I would recommend it for a one- or two-person household.
We bought this after using this at a condo in FL and thinking it would be nice for ourselves. Unfortunately, when we got it and set it up, it did not work. The top wouldn’t shut fully when there was a K cup inserted and the top would overflow like it was blocked from brewing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coffee maker worked great, then went out. I called the company, and told them my problem. They replaced it. Great service. Not many companies respond like this, did not have to jump through all kind of stupid stuff to get it replaced. Thank you Keurig for caring about your customers.
I bought my Keurig in farmhouse White about a month ago and I absolutely love it. It's so convenient and when the coffee's brewing it smells so comforting and it tastes delicious. I use my k-cup with Peet's French roast ground and I use the donut house and the Peet's k-cups french roast and I love this machine! It's so perfect!
