My last one was lasted only a few months and gave out more water. The one they just sent me is very loud and gives out less water. So with my last 4 in a few years this one is the worst. How do I know the product is giving me the right amount of water? I might just go with another brand after this.

I love my Keurig. It makes great coffee. The only problem is when I go to Descale my Keurig it seems to stop working. This is a second time you've had to replace this. I'm wondering if there is a defect in your De scale?
