I received a Keurig for Christmas 2023, product was 2nd one we owned, 1st one lasted over 5+ years, heavy usage. The latest one started having issues after 7-8 months, finally becoming inoperable after 10 months. While frustrated at the breakdown as we never had issues with previous product, Keurig replaced broken unit. The process took 2+ weeks, but feel that I was treated fairly and replacement is perfect. Things happen and sometimes it seems like we live in a C+ world , however the service and response was A+.
Always liked the Keurigs. Like the K supreme that I purchased. Large water reservoir. Only disappointed it didn’t come with the filter used for coffee grounds instead of the k cup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was having an issue with my Keurig and called Customer Service, they worked with me and made the process of replacing my Keurig painless. I’ve purchased many Keurig coffee makers over the years and LOVE them all. And I live the new colors.
