The product works well but durability of the product is lacking. Keep dying after about six months of use than a period of none use. Upon start up heating unit quites working. I have an older model that has performed well for many years.
This is a replacement for the same model due to a descale malfunction where the coffeemaker let's the water tank run dry causing it to over heat. So we will see if it does it again.
We had around 5-7 different correspondences to permit the replacement. We entered the requested info/pics via email, but was denied 3 times due to insufficient info. Yet the requested missing info was not supplied and/or not clear. We then had to make multiple phone calls. On one attempt, the representative even gave us the incorrect case number. Our machine broke in less then 1 year of service and the warranty process was so careless that the impression was just that: careless. Lots of time and resources could've been saved if one person, just one person, would have stepped up and did the right thing. It gave me the impression of not returning nor referring.
I bought my k supreme Keurig last year for black friday. Unfortunately I started having issues with coffee grounds getting into my coffee when using the refillable filter container. After talking with customer support at Keurig, they were understanding and explained the simple process for getting my new machine because the previous one was still under manufacturer warranty. Fairly simple and straightforward process, appreciate that they made it easy and honored their warranty. Would definitely buy a Keurig again in the future!
I have a Keurig here, I have a Keurig there! I have a hard time doing without them. They are so easy to work with. No fuss, no mess. Just a quick cuppa when you need one! I had a visitor recently. For whatever reason she drinks instant decaf coffee. I didn't have any decaf. While making her coffee in the microwave she burnt her hand on the cup. I showed her how to use the Keurig for just hotwater. Now she's shopping for her own little Keurig.
We love our Keurig which has the additional feature of a filter for the water and it pokes more holes, not just 1, in the K-Cup! Recently retired we still like to get up early in the morning and start our day and the coffee is delicious!
Keurig replaced my 5 month old coffee maker without a problem. Once I sent in the correct information needed, the replacement arrived within a few days. The employee I spoke with was very efficient and helpful.
