I purchased the Keurig in April of 2023 for my Mom. The machine went out in September of 2023. I called Keurig and initially the replacement process seemed easy. However Keurig is very specific on how they want their pictures submitted and denied my claim. It took several follow up calls and several submissions before they approved the replacement. TERRIBLE replacement process and very frustrating experience. Ultimately the machine was replaced.
We bought our Keurig-k-supreme Single serve coffee maker almost 1 yr.ago and we loved it. The pump went out on it. Customer service was great. They made the process of replacing it easy. They sent us a replacement and it arrived a few days later.
We bought this machine about a year ago and it stopped working after doing a descaling. I contacted Keurig about the issue and they immediately send us a replacement. We got it in about 2 days. Awesome customer service!
I have purchased several coffee makers throughout the past ten years. This one is my favorite. I did have a problem with the first K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker but they replaced it with a new one. Customer Service is fantastic.
So I love having a K machine. However, this little machine has been a problem. I am on my third and final one like it. It stops working after descaling it. It has happened to two of them so far. After the second one I bought a bigger machine. It's still very new and haven't descaled it yet. Keurig did replace the last K-Supreme Single Serve that died after descaling. But, I have had enough. The new one is still in the box. It'll end up going to one of my kids when they move out.
On 2nd replacement so fingers are crossed...the original had major malfunction so I sent it in, and it was replaced. That one, same deal, just stopped functioning due to electrical problem, so they didin't want to see it, and sent me a new one. If this one keeps working, we'll see. That's the reason for only 3 stars.
