I had just purchased a new Keurig for our office and it just quit working. I was able to talk with them and they were sending me a new one. I just had to email pics of the Keurig, the S/N and the receipt from where I purchased. I of course didn't have the box to send it back and I didn't need to. Thank You so much!!
Purchased a Keurig Supreme that was defective. Called and got great results. My Keurig was replaced at no charge to me. I only had the original a week. They sent the new one right out. As promised. My new one works great!
My Keurig was 10 months old and after I descaled it for some reason it would not turn back on. I called Keurig they required a few easy things before sending me a new replacement. Service rep was very nice too. Received my new Keurig within a few days.
