I had a Keurig coffee maker fail and it was still its initial 1 year warranty. I contacted support to troubleshoot and it was determined that it needed to be replaced. They provided with instructions for replacement approval. I followed the instructions, that required photos like "the examples shown", but there were no example images. I did the best I could to complete the requirements but they disapproved it twice and stated that I would have to return my coffee maker to verify failure. after several very frustrating weeks I returned my coffee maker and received a replacement to weeks later. I was very displeased with this process and hope I don't have to do it again.
This is a replacement for the one we had for just a few months that stopped working. The replacement works but it does not fill the cup up as far as the original coffee maker did.
3rd one in 2 1/2 years. Oh yea great replacement however if they never fix the issue what’s the point! I’ve read so many reviews with high scores although people have the same complaint about this Keurig. As soon as descale comes in and you take care of the maker as you’re suppose to, the light doesn’t go off! I have spent way to much on purchasing the treatment of the maker. My first wouldn’t work after light came on, my second continued to work for awhile & my third doing the same thing ended up smoking after a couple months and stopped! Piece of junk! If this one goes out again I will go back to a regular pot with a brew timer. Probably a better option for the environment overall. Way less expensive with up keep and NO expensive coffee pods!
This is my third try at this style Keurig. Customer service is great but not the coffee maker. I had the larger one and never had a problem with it or brewing coffee. The new one I just received is extremely slow and never delivers a full 10 OZ's. It is a nice small size and like that, but I think I will have to go back to the larger one after this one quits. Too bad as it takes upl ess space on my counter.
