This upgrade to multi-stream technology was well worth the purchase. I feel we are getting a much better, richer, fuller tasting cup of coffee. The added benefit of be able to use the strong button to strengthen the brew is a great feature. It is much easier to change the cup size and to fill the water tank. It is also much quieter. You hardly hear it brewing. Overall, this is an excellent and much appreciated upgrade.

I have been using for about 3 weeks. Coffee is excellent - more flavorful and stronger than very old Keurig. Using the reusable k-cup is a pain. It seems Keurig did everything in its power to make usage difficult. Very poor design. Specifics: (1) you have to disassemble chamber to use. (2) the k-cup does not always close properly. I know Keurig makes most of its money selling k-cups, but purposeful inconvenience is not good. I do like the k-supreme but would only recommend with caveats.

Cannot enjoy your personal favorite coffee

Do not get this if you want to enjoy your personal favorite coffee beans. I bought the newest K-Supreme and My K-cup. I found out the newest My K-cup will work with K-Supreme. The K-Supreme is nice. I cannot justify to have a Keurig that does not allow me to enjoy specialty coffee. Return all of them and keep my own Keurig for now.
