We just received this warranty replacement after our new Keurig purchased 1/16/2023 suddenly died. The next morning would you believe the DESCALE light came on?? If this is a brand new replacement how is that normal? Very suspicious. I will post an update shortly whether this machine is working properly or not.
Unfortunately this is my second replacement machine. The previous two machines stopped working while doing the routine descaling process. No explanation as to why they stopped working but the replacement process under warranty was very easy and quick. I do love the coffee machine.
I have had several Keurig’s through the years. They are by far the best coffee makers you can buy. They’re stylish, easy to clean and make a perfect cup of coffee every single time. Their customer service is great so if you have any problems or just need to ask a question, they are always there to help.
We love our Keurig both here in florida and back home in Canada. That is why we were so disappointed when we arrived back here in October and our machine failed. We were so pleased that Keurig replaced the entire machine under warranty and did so promptly, no questions asked. Thank you Keurig.
