This is my fourth replacement coffee maker. I loved the coffee maker but not happy at all with it constantly breaking. If this one doesn’t last I will not by another Keurig.
Our prior machine went out with a problem we've never encountered before with a Keurig. After trying to help us fix the problem, Keurig Kindly sent a replacement machine, same color & model. Glad to have it, since it's a great coffee maker.
I’ve had Keurig single serve pots for several years, so when my last one suddenly quit working I contacted the Service Center. There were a couple of hoops to jump through but in a couple of weeks I had my replacement pot on my front door. I could not have been treated better!! I appreciate this service and highly recommend the Keurig brand for all!! Thanks so much!
I purchased this one after my first one stopped working after six years. This new model is superior to the last one I had. The quality is top notch for the price.
I do find this new version of the Kurig tends to kinda splatter when filling the cup using ground coffee! I have the farmhouse white so it is very noticeable!
After having the K-Supreme for just 5 months, the brewer failed in me. While brewing a K-Cup, water would bypass the K-cup on every serve. Thankfully Kuerig honored its warranty and promptly sent me a new Brewer. The performance of the brewer otherwise
Bought this early 2023. After descaling for the 2nd time it wouldn't work at all. After several phone calls and emails finally got a free replacement. They wanted to say it out of Warranty because it was mfg in 2021, however I purchased it in 2023!. This is our 5th or 6th keurig in 6yrs! We like the product so I would recommend.
