We tried the descaling method as advertised using the Keurig descaler liquid. It didn’t work as descaler light stayed on. Called the Keurig company and they sent out a brand new replacement.
My Keurig needed replacement (stopped working, less than a year old.) The replacement was super easy and the people I spoke with were very accommodating. Very good customer service.
This is the 3rd machine I’ve had in 2 years that has stopped working! However, customer service has been very helpful and sent me a replacement each time.
Have been a Keurig user for over 20 years. Always makes a great cup of coffee. This was our first warranty claim on a maker. The process was quick, easy and smooth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great but.....

This is my 3rd brewer, 2nd replacement. i love the brewer however the 1st one only lasted for just under 2 months and the 2nd one only lasted for about 2 weeks. they just stopped working, died! i am praying that this one will last a long time.
