Third one. First two had a low water sensor failure which allows the water heater to overheat and trip the thermostat to trip preventing the appliance from overheating. You tube video shows how to reset thermostat but not fix low water sensor issue. Kreug has replaced with new one without a problem so far.
My original Keurig K-cup Supreme also worked great! but after I performed de-scalling, no matter how I tried the light did not turn off. I wrote to Keurig about the problem, confirmed it could not be fixed, received detailed instructions for submitting a claim, completed it and 2 days later I received an email stating I would be receiving a replacement within days. I have it and am pleased with the outcome. Thanks.
