I purchased a K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker and within a month the unit would not power up. Contacted Keurig and within a week received a new replacement.
I bought a Keurig two years ago and it worked fine until it overcooked itself after a descale. Keurig was more than fair and promptly replaced it at no cost. Very pleased and impressed.
Sorry, but bad craftsmanship. My replacement broke

Keurig honored my warranty and replace my coffee maker that broke after 4 months, but replace it with one that broke after about 1.5 months. That’s awful. I will be requesting an upgrade to see if they provide a better product.
This is our 3rd Keurig and they have all worked well, but fail after 2-3 yrs.Guess we need to plan on that in value comparison
I would recommend this to a friend!
