I bought this and from the getgo it didn’t brew 12 ounces, in stead it brewed 10 ounces. I contacted Keurig and after a lengthy time of “trouble shooting” it was determined that the brewer was faulty. They’re sending me a new one. Thank you Keurig!
We purchased this model for our office and unfortunately it stopped working after a couple months. I reached out to Keurig and they replaced it for free. The new machine arrived the next week and it's working perfectly. Thank you so much!!
I received this keurig as a promotional gifts through my place of employment. And when I opened the box it was broken. I called keurig. Let them know how I got the coffee Maker. And with no questions they sent me another one.
This was a warranty replacement for a unit that wasn’t even two years old. I believe they honored the warranty even though it expired because of all the ancillary purchases we make.
I am so pleased with the customer service from Keurig!! I contacted them when my coffee maker stopped working . They helped me trouble shoot the machine over the phone and determined that it needed to be replaced. I had a new machine at my door within three days. Amazing!
