When our fairly new coffee maker stopped working, I contacted Keurig for help. They replaced it and sent the new one in a timely manner. The representative was friendly and very helpful. Hoping for years of great beverages.
Keurig went out of their way to provide a replacement coffee maker for me. Their customer service was exceptional and very helpful. The coffee maker works great and in fact I’m having a cup as I write this review. Thanks Keurig.
Woke up one Sunday morning to a coffeemaker that wouldn’t work. Went to buy a large cup of coffee then returned home and called customer service. After going through several steps, it was determined there was an electrical issue and my Keurig should be replaced. The customer service agent was so very helpful and I had my replacement in no time after providing needed information for replacement. I still love my Keurig!!!
