I am so delighted that Keurig stands behind their product. I had an issue with a recent purchase and they were all great to work with and had me back using my pods in no time. What awesome some customer service they provided all the way!
My Keurig unfortunately stopped working. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. They replaced my machine within just a week. Very satisfied customer here!
I would give this coffee maker five stars for features and convenience of us. However, the fact that this unit is a replacement for the one that only lasted four months drags the rating way down.
My new Keurig coffee maker broke after only 4 months. They replaced it right away and the new one has a water filter so hopefully it'll last. Great customer service. Its why I have used the keurig pods for the past ten years.
