I bought this in January & had some issues with my K-Supreme. The descaling light would not go out after I thoroughly had rinsed the coffee maker. So Keurig sent me a new one,
Loved my Keurig but when I descaled according to directions my machine stopped working. I reported this to Keurig and they promptly replaced my machine. What great customer service! It’s working perfectly and I live my Keurig once more! The coffee is always hot and tastes terrific and you get all the options you need!
I bought this coffee maker in November of last year, and I love its speediness compared to to other K-cup coffee makers. You also have choices of this amount of coffee you want to brew, and there is Ice Coffee option too. Keurig also is great about dealing with their warranty as well. My first one quit on me after about 9 months, but they quickly replaced it. I did have to send the old unit back at their expense, and they immediately sent me a new unit!!
Great feature, consistently good coffee with options for strength and size. We are a Keurig coffee happy family who all like different strengths, sizes and temp. Perfect every time. Great customer service too!
