I bought a new one and it stopped working, I called the number and talked to person who was very helpful and pleasant, was given instructions on what was needed and within a weak I had a replacement, I have one For years and will continue to, Thank you
This replacement also died on me. I’ve had it only a week and it already turned on the descale light. I followed the instructions and just as the original did it literally burned out and died. I’m super frustrated dealing with this multiple times and making time to contact support
Keurig has had to replace this machine twice for us. The first one quit working after 11 months. The second one quit working after 3 months. I would not recommend this machine.
We bought this for our busy office, and it suddenly stopped working after 5 weeks. Keurig sent us detailed instructions on how to request a replacement, and a brand new one arrived in 5 days. Excellent customer service.
We love the look of this Keurig, however, we are now on our 3rd one. They are not lasting even a year before they stop working. Luckily, they have been under warranty and Keurig has replaced them.
