Was awesome to get my keurig that quit working replaced so easily and so quickly. I have been trying to register the new one but the site won’t let me is my only issue. My brewers seem to last just about a year so am happy to get a replacement
From my choice, in how strong I like my coffee, to the large water reservoir. I love the Keurig supreme. I prefer using my Keurig to any other method of making coffee. It’s easy and convenient.
When my coffee pot stopped working and I called customer service they were ok in replacing my old pot with a new one. It was six months past the warrantte but when I sent them the old one they tested it and replaced it . Thanks again for good customer service
It makes great coffee, it's the design of the coffee maker that is questionable. The handle does not stay flush when brewing. It doesn't seem to affect the brewing of the coffee, but it is disconcerting having it engage the pod and then pop back up leaving a 1/4" gap. When there is no pod, the handle is flush. I only use Keurig coffee pods.

the replacement process was easy (must have receipt) all thou was not able to find out why after de-scaling unit would not turn on again Descaled as per instructions and turned unit off and it would not power up again . i am a little scared to descale the new one when it is time to
