We had purchased our original single serve brewer about a month ago. It would not brew the full ounces chosen so I contacted Keurig. They immediately verified it was still under warranty & I had a replacement within just a few days with a free UPS return label. Awesome customer service. AND the replacement brewer works great. Great brewer for a great cup of coffee

I have been using Keurig for years and would not consider ever buying anything but Keurig. Customer service if needed is easy and they are always so good to assist with your questions and help.
