I bought my Keurig K-Supreme Single Cup Coffee Maker about 6 months. When performing the maintenance cycle with the coffeemaker, it shut down totally. After calling Keurig's customer service, it was determined it needed to replaced. Keurig sent a new one with arrival in just a couple days! Couldn't have had any better service. Thank you!
I want to thank the Keurig company's employees for being so efficient on the return of my defective Keurig. Once I sent all the papers they requested on my original Keurig it was just a matter of days that my replacement arrived. I am now one happy person to have my Keurig back! Certainly missed it!
I descaled my coffee maker and then it would not do anything, I call Keurig and she said it was probably not working anymore and they would replace it, I was very happy to hear this, it all worked out very well, the lady on the phone was extremely pleasant and patient with me.
My new coffee maker is fantastic! I love it and I’m very happy with the warranty service. The new coffee machine arrived in a short amount of time. I recommend K-Supreme machine.

We purchased the K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker in April 2023. We really like the coffee maker. After a few weeks we had a problem with the ounces the coffee maker delivered. We contacted Keurig and they replaced it with a new one. To date we haven't had any issues. Thank you Keurig!
