Dirkng de-scaling procedure coffee maker, which was given as a gift at Christmas (7 months ago) stopped working. I called customer service and they readily agreed to send replacement if I provided certain information. I did so and a week or so later—I received a new unit—wow!…someone actually stood behind their product…I am happily floored! Thank you Keurig…I am now a very loyal customer!
I purchased this coffee maker about 2mos ago and LOVE it!!! Saves space on my counter, easy to refill water,brews fast and hot coffed and looks nice too!!!
I called Keurig when my Keurig stopped working! Costumer service took all the information and since it was under warranty, replaced my Keurig! It was a pleasure dealing with them!

Kerurig had to replace 3 of this model. After about a year you will do a descaling and after it finishes it won’t start again. You call customer service and they will replace it with the same garbage model it’ll break again.
I bought my K-Supreme around XMas as a gift for my wife and it was working fine but it failed. I called customer support, they diagnosed the problem and sent me a new one. They are great company and stand by their product!
