I bought the original unit a couple months ago, one morning it would not turn on. One phone call got the replacement on the way, after sending the requested pictures, they sent s replacement unit which works nicely with standard plastic K cups. But the recyclable cups my coffee comes in do not work well. So I use a small single cup unit we have for the RV. The multi-probe head does not work well with my cups.
Not very happy. I had problems from the start. Descaling light stays on after descaling.Coffee grinds in cup even after cleaning. When closing the lid it sounds like it’s going to break. I realize that you you replaced it but for now it will sit in a box and I will stay with my old 5 year old Kurig that seems to work flawlessly.
I believe that if my house were on fire, I’d run back in and get my Keurig. I told my wife that I’ll never be without one. It’s so convenient and easy to use. Five Stars, all the way.
I have purchased 3 Keurig coffee machines over the past couple of years. The older model was just to large for our small kitchen so we purchased the K supreme ,, when that stopped working before the warranty ran out Keurig replaced for us. Much appreciated,, in the meantime we purchased the Keurig K-Express for use in our sons home. use in our sons home.
Easy process to replace my less than year old Super K Single Serve model when ‘Descale’ light refused to go off despite multiple cleanings. Bought this model for Strong option which really makes a difference with pods. Highly recommend their service.
We love our Keurig machine and were impressed with the prompt warranty replacement when our thermostat broke. They sent a replacement coffee maker in 2 days and we continue to enjoy the use of use and outstanding coffee.
