I love my K-Supreme Kuerig, however, after just 5 months, it broke and could not be fixed. I got in touch with Kuerig and they were very pleasant to deal with. They quickly and efficiently sent me a free replacement after I provided some critical information on the original. Now I have a new Supreme and I am loving every cup of Joe!

Great coffee maker. I really like it. This is a replacement ( first one quit in about 6 months) so it was still under warrantee. Just hope this one last longer than my firsIt one. Only 4 stars because they gave me such a hard time giving me this replacement, almost gave up!
