I purchased the K-Supreme about 9 months ago and have enjoyed using it. It makes a wonderful cup of hot as well as ice coffee. The only issue I have had is descaling it. The process is not difficult but during the last descaling (about the fourth time I have done it) it would not go into the rinse and I had to call customer service. They are always helpful. I had no luck to finish the process and the pot seemed to have a defect. I had no problem because it was still under warranty. The machine has been replaced. I have purchased Keurig for many years and have always been happy with the products and their customer service.
My coffee maker broke several weeks ago. I called Keurig who picked up the phone quickly and quickly troubleshot. Unfortunately that was unsuccessful. A replacement coffee maker arrived 4 days later. This was excellent customer service. Bravo.
We received our replacement Keurig for one we had purchased back in December. Our last one just stopped working. I am very happy with the positive response from Keurig. We had our new coffee maker in days. Thank you
I am quite happy with my Keurig Supreme! Eight months after purchaseI had an issue with it spitting my drink all over my counter top. I called customer service and in just a few days I recieved a brand new replacement.
Beautiful Color and makes an amazing cup of coffee.. especially with the multi Stream technology....I can Pick any Size cup and it makes it Perfect with a richer flavor as well as travel Cups...Awesome machine
