I’ve been using Keurig for years, but when we decided to upgrade to a newer model about a year ago we’ve had issues ever since. I am on my third new machine and it still doesn’t work properly. I’m fed up with it at this point
I've been a Keurig coffee drinker coffee maker customer for 6 years now. The last Keurig I bought had slight inconsistencies when I brewed a cup of coffee. I called to speak with a customer service representative and they informed me that they would replace it with a newer Keurig model. I was ecstatic, (and quite surprised) that they wanted to keep me a happy, satisfied customer! I received the new model a week later and am pleased with the K-Supreme model, and that Keurig cared enough to take immediate action.

I was given my coffee maker for my birthday and before the warranty was up it malfunctioned. When I calle Keurig they were excellent they try to help me over the phone to no avail and after giving them the necessary information my new Keurig was at my door within two days. Thank you Keurig
My original coffee maker was not working properly. I contacted Keurig and after they confirmed my initial purchase, they sent me another unit that works well with another full year warranty. That is great customer service and I would definitely purchase other Keurig products and recommend them to others.
We bought this machine fall 2022, it quit working July 2023, a little electronic paperwork and we had a new one on the way. Good thing we kept our first Keurig, Good coffee, dang near instant is a good thing.
