I like to alternate my own ground coffee beans and k-cups that are flavored and don’t like they don’t use the same receptacle. This is probably my 6th coffee brewer and I’m sure I’ll keep buying them but I find this inconvenient and annoying.
Called customer service regarding my coffee maker not working, in less than 24 hours I had a replacement on my doorstep! THIS COMPANY is the best and their customer service is stellar ..
It's unfortunate they are built so cheaply. Our last 3 or 4 don't even last 18 months. 10 cups a week. Thankfully kurig has replaced them a couple times but they should last a lot longer than 18 months
I am so pleased with Kuerig's customer service. My old brewer was replaced after it stopped working. It fast and I am very pleased. The new brewer works perfectly and they even sent the color black that I wanted. I highly recommend Kuerig. They stand behind their products.
Honestly what happened is now I've been through two of your Keurigs that I've been perfectly following all your instructions that still keep breaking on me now I'm hoping this new one that I just received from my warranty is going to last
I received my single serve as a gift and three months in, it had no power. I called and they were"Johnny on the Spot!" They sent me a replacement and I am returning the defective one now. It was a quick, smooth return and the customer service was AWESOME!!!!!! Thank you for saving my mornings:)
