This was a warranty replacement coffee maker when mine was having issues. It is the nicest Keurig I've ever had, with a sleek, space saving look on my counter. It makes excellent coffee, wirh several choices on the amount of pour. The strength can be made stronger too!! Excellent customer service always from Keurig!
My Kuerig K-Supreme was a gift that failed within 6 months of receiving it. I contacted customer support and was directed as to how to apply for a replacement. I applied and received a replacement within 7-8 days.
This is a replacement pot of the one I bought 6 weeks ago that was defective. I have owned Keurig's for 15 years because I love their product and you can't beat their warranty program. This particular model is very disappointing to me as it is not as fast brewing as some of the other model's I have owned. But overall it is still a good product. I will still continue to purchase the product, just not this particular model.
I loved my new k-supreme single serve. The one I originally bought stopped working after 7 mo. They were nice enough to replace it once I was able to send them all the proof of purchase & serial number info. This is the 3rd model I have purched. So our house is a 3 Keurig home!
