I bought this about three months ago and it just stopped working. I filled out all the paperwork and sent them what they needed. They sent a replacement and the carafe was broken. I called again they sent a carafe right away along with my favorite coffee! I appreciated that.
I purchased this coffee pot because it's smaller in size for limited counter space. When it stopped working I called and right away and they replaced it.
I have had multiple Keurig machines and find that this most recent one is very light duty. Coffee is consistent, but machines have a longevity issue. I have now had 3 replacements out of 4 machines.
I received this as a gift and about the time my warranty was up we had trouble with the thermostat. It is a very inconvenient fix but my son a mech engineer did it.! Then a family member got sick so I was staying over at their house and took my pot with me.. when I plugged it on, it would not work. But the GOOD news is Keurig replaced it.
