Purchased less than 6 months ago and would not turn on after the initial descaling. Customer service quickly acknowledged the need for a new unit and replaced promptly.

I bought my maker and love the coffee it makes. I had a problem after about 3-4 weeks. Called for help-the reps were super supportive and helpful. They were very patient with me as well. The company sent me a brand new maker and all has been great.
