This one is to replace one I had for 4 months and the first time I descaled it it stopped working and that one replaced one I had for just over a year and when I descaled, it died also. I’m hoping this one is going to last. This will be my 3rd one and each one died when I descaled it.
Excellent coffee. No waiting for heat up. So good that I have bought one replacement and gotten one from Keurig twice. Machine fails after 2 or 3 months. Original keurig keeps on working. Trying using Brita water now. I wouldn’t recommend this till they fix the issue.
I got the K-Supreme for a Mother’s Day gift 2022. In June 2023 it stopped working. I tried troubleshooting and nothing. It could have quite possibly been the on off switch I really don’t know. I called customer service and the representative was very nice and helpful. After getting all my information she told me they would replace it at no charge. The warranty expired almost 2 months ago! She explained the email she was sending and what I needed to email back to them. They didn’t have me return anything. I got the new one in about 4 to 5 days. It may be my imagination but the new one seems to work better. I appreciate their standing behind their product. That’s hard to find these days. Thank you Kuerig!
