Purchased the K supreme less than a year ago and weeks before it's first year of purchase, it dies. The machine totally stopped functioning. I called Keurigs customer service number to inquire about its dysfunction and was over joyed to learn that I was eligible for a replacement. After following a few simple steps, true enough my new K supreme was delivered within 1 week. I am much more happier with the companies reply and actions than with my replacement. Of all the Keurigs I own(5 total), the K-supreme is by far my favorite. It's sleek slim features with the quick brewing cycle is a win win situation for me. Thank you Keurig for simplifying my life.
My K Supreme Single Serve stop working a little over a year from the time I purchased it. It was out of warranty but I called to see if there was a way for me to fix it. After reviewing information with me, customer support made an exception and provided me with a new replacement. It was not expected but I am grateful.
I bought this to replace my coffee maker that stopped working. I just redid the cabinets in my kitchen so the Farmhouse White that I ordered matches perfectly.
Horrible machine. Have to clean the water jets after about 20 cups every time. It clogs very easily and just Isn’t worth the money. Would rather have instant if this is the best there is!
