I bought my Keurig in November 2022. It hadn't had much use, but stopped working in May 2023. With minimal effort on my part Keurig replaced my unit. I am currently satisfied, but it remains to be seen how long this unit works. Great customer service!
I bought my first Supreme coffee maker about three months ago. Since day one I got grounds in my cup. This is using the Green Mountain brand k cups. I tried different varieties of flavors,but same results. After talking to support,they sent me a new one, same issues. I can't even use the reusable pod for my own ground coffee, same results. Guess I'll give these away and go back to my Mr. Coffee. .
