I really liked my K-Supreme Keuhrig we bought right before Christmas 2022. Ours stopped working in May I contacted the warranty department, provided the required information (serial no., purchase receipt) and received a new Keuhrig within 4 days. I was expecting at least a 2 to 3 week ordeal. Very surprised at their response time. Product and Service Department is Top Notch, I highly recommend.
Actually, this is a replacement for a K-Supreme that failed. It was still under warranty and Keurig sent a new one 2nd Day Air. You can't beat good customer service. I've been using Keurig coffee brewers since 2001.
my keurig quit working approx 11 mths after purchase however i must confess their customer service was top notch impeccable ! It was a simple process and had my new machine within 7 days after filing claim/replacement.
