My Keurig descaling light would not go out after descaling it several times, and I called Kurig and Keurig replaced it quickly with the exact same Keurig that I’ve grown accustomed to, and enjoy. The company cares whether its customers are happy and they prove it. Thanks so much Keurig, for your attention detail and great customer support. Bought my original Keurig coffee maker , had it just a little over a year. Had continuous issues when I descaled the coffee maker. I contacted customer support and they walked me through the process again. After no success, they understood my frustration and agreed to replace my KEURIG . My husband had read that there were issues with this model. I received my NEW KEURIG within a few days. I am very pleased with this product and their customer service and please that they stand behind their products.
We had a problem with the pump and amount desired with this our 2nd Keurig, the replacement is better than when the original was new. Happy to have a great Keurig coffee again.
II bought this 2 0r 3 months ago and did the 3month cleaning on it and when I plugged it in to restart and it wouldn't do anything. So I contacted Keurig to let them know it was still under warranty and they helped me to get a replacement one with not any problems. That's why I always buy Keurig products for over 30 years..
However this is the second one we have purchased. They both just stopped working. I tried doing the descaling but the descaling light never went off no matter how many times I did water flushing. Filled the tank about 10 times to flush and the light still said I needed to descale. The company was really good at sending us a replacement so kudos to them for great timely customer service.
