My Keurig descaling light would not go out after descaling it several times, and I called Kurig and Keurig replaced it quickly with the exact same Keurig that I’ve grown accustomed to, and enjoy. Bought my original Keurig coffee maker , had it just a little over a year. Had continuous issues when I descaled the coffee maker. I contacted customer support and they walked me through the process again. After no success, they understood my frustration and agreed to replace my KEURIG . My husband had read that there were issues with this model. I received my NEW KEURIG within a few days. I am very pleased with this product and their customer service and please that they stand behind their products.

II bought this 2 0r 3 months ago and did the 3month cleaning on it and when I plugged it in to restart and it wouldn't do anything. So I contacted Keurig to let them know it was still under warranty and they helped me to get a replacement one with not any problems. That's why I always buy Keurig products for over 30 years..

Great features and great coffee

However this is the second one we have purchased. They both just stopped working. I tried doing the descaling but the descaling light never went off no matter how many times I did water flushing. Filled the tank about 10 times to flush and the light still said I needed to descale. The company was really good at sending us a replacement so kudos to them for great timely customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
