My keurig quit working after 8 months. I called and reported this and the lady was so helpful. She told me what to do and sent an email explaining what she needed to receive a replacement. The process was easy and I received my replacement within a week. Great customer service. Thanks.
When our recently-purchasesd Keuring Supreme stopped working (possible problem with the heating element or temp. regulator?), we spoke to Customer Service and our issue was handled with efficiency and professionalism. We received a replacement machine and are very happy with it. Great service Keurig!
