Due to a malfunction Keurig replaced my coffeemaker which was still under warranty.Customer service helped me with the process and within a few days my new Keurig was at my front door.I am very happy with my Keurig. Thank you Keurig for providing a replacement so quickly.
This was a replacement for one that we had purchased locally. That one ceased working only 5 weeks after purchase. The new one is only a couple of weeks old but so far is working fine.
I bought a K-Supreme single serve coffee maker about 7 months ago and I thought it was pretty great as it is so fast in making a cup of coffee and it taste great but what really surprised me is when something went wrong with the coffee machine and Kuerig stepped up and sent me a new one with very little trouble on my part… really impressed with this company and will continue to buy their products.
Keurig’s warranty service is really excellent. They sent me Replacement right after getting my documents. They understood my issue and even honored my warranty when it was a week over. Thanks, Keurig.
Our Keurig quit working for whatever reason I contacted Keurig and without hesitation they replaced our machine. Just when I thought great customer service was gone for good Keurig came through. My new machine arrived four days later and I'm happy about it. Thank you Keurig
