The person I originally talked to I couldn’t understand what she was saying on her directions to check out what was wrong with my coffee machine. She kept on saying this is the second third fourth time I’m telling you what to do she said. Her accent was so thick I couldn’t understand her. Why don’t you use people who can speak English fluently. I was very very frustrated and upset talking talking to this woman.
I am on my third “supreme”. 1st was a gift. 2nd I purchased, sent in warranty, kept sales slip. Both quit after a descaling. Thankfully after proving 9 mos old, and supplying documentation, Keurig replaced the second unit.
This is my third Keurig in less than a year. They break after just a short period of time so the warranty has replaced them. But it’s a major pain in the butt. They are supposed to be a superior brand of coffee maker, but all I’ve had have been problems, I hope this one last a little longer
This new K supreme is working awesome. Thank you so much for sending it to replace the previous brewer that had so many problems and just quit working after 2 months!
After we developed problems with our first machine, and ran out of trouble-shooting options, Keurig quickly replaced it without a fuss. We love having coffee at the touch of the button; Keugig's customer service is an added bonus.
