We purchased our coffee pot and within 3 months, we had a problem. We contacted Keurig and they sent us a new pot because we were under warranty. The new pot works like a charm. Very happy with my Keurig and the company for solving our problem.
They replaced my machine that stopped working about 9 months after I received it. Keurig covered all the shipping charges and the agent on the phone was excellent. AAA+ company thank you Keurig
We were gifted our Keurig at Christmas and after only 6 months it quit working. Customer service was very helpful and we quickly received a new coffee maker. However, if this one breaks again, I will not be relaxing with another Keurig. My daughter has the same model and hers did the same thing! Keurig needs to look into why they’re having this issue
This model has less features than our previous model, all cost-cutting features I'm sure. One feature we like about this model is the handle on the water reservoir...makes it easy to remove/fill. Very quiet but brews a tad slower than other models we have used. When our machine failed and started to back-wash coffee grounds, our customer service experience was excellent and a replacement coffee maker was shipped to us with no issues whatsoever.
As this is my 3rd machine Keurig had to replace for malfunctioning issues wasted many k-cups and numerous phone calls and stress to replace and run through all procedures over and over to ge tthe replacment approved there ahoukd be a lemon law to get a totally different machine. I would not recommend this particular keurig model at all. Definitely something wrong with them.
