Our first K-Supreme coffee maker had an electrical malfunction. We really liked it and were very happy with the customer service to get us a replacement coffee maker. So far it has been working well and we are very pleased with this coffee maker.

Got this about three weeks in replacement of a similar maker that went bad. While it makes a de ent, flavorful cup of coffee, I often notice an abundance of coffee grounds in each cup. Very disconcerting.

I love the coffee this maker produces, taste is great and hot! However their seem to be a problem with the machine inner parts.
