My Keurig stopped brewing full cups of coffee. I had to descale it about once a week. I called customer service, they were happy to help however, my Keurig was out of warranty. They told me to hang on for a moment and imagine my surprise when the rep told me they were going to send me a replacement anyway! I planned on replacing the Keurig when I found out it was out of warranty however, I was happy for the replacement. Thank you Keurig for taking care of your customers.

Purchased in Fall 2022 and around Christmas the maker would work, then not work, then work. It still works but sometimes it takes 1-2 K-Cups before a cup of coffee is made. I contacted the company and provided the required documentation and the company sent me a brand new maker. I appreciate that they worked with me and I appreciate this coffee maker. It's so easy to work and makes wonderful coffee!!

did not have the receipt for my keurig, and it literally died on me. the customer service rep was wonderful and replaced my keurig. it was shipped within days. because of this i am a happy, happy person. plus the coffee maker works great for my husband and i. delivers a fresh cup of coffee each and every time. no more burnt coffee at the bottom of a pot, or cold coffee if i turn it off so that it doesn't burn. nice small footprint.
