First time I have had any issues with my coffeemaker. I call the customer service line and received outstanding service and follow up. No hassle; just great service. The new coffeemaker works just fine with zero issues. I don’t have the name of the person that assisted me but she was great.
every time i have to do the rescale it turns off and will not come back on. this is the third time i have had to replace the coffee maker. The replacement process is easy and you send me a new one. I hope this one last longer that 3 months. thank you.
Our brewer malfunctioned during a routine descaling operation. Called Keurig tech support and after describing the problem, they immediately said they would replace our unit, as it still had a few months left on the warranty. We didn't have to send the defective unit back, and we received the new replacement brewer within a few days. We were very pleased and impressed with the friendly and helpful customer service representative who helped us!
The unit failed after a few months, called for support, got an operator with roosters crowing in background. Asked for the replacement to be a different, even less expensive model, since the K-Supreme is junk, but they still sent another K-Supreme, and it is already doing the same thing the last one did. Junk.
This was a replacement unit. So far it is making my coffee. I like the size, it takes up less countertop space. It is easy to use and love the variety of cup size options.
What I don't like is the water tank. It seems unstable. It wobbles to much. Also, when the coffee is coming out, it tends to splash up and make a mess. My wife and I noticed that it could produce hotter coffee. It is a bit warm not hot.
The slimmer design takes up much less space on our counter, yet still makes the same delicious coffee. We love it! Our original model suddenly stopped working after a few months, so I contacted Keurig. They were extremely helpful and replaced my model which was still under warranty. The process involved a few photos and mailing back the original coffee maker. Really not a big hassle at all. We are very pleased!
This one is actually a replacement Keurig cuz our other one stopped working. Keurig stands behind their name and replaced my machine since it was still under warranty. Thank you for great customer service!
