This is so much better than the other Keurig we had! With the extra holes the cappuccino k cups come out so much better! I also like it cuts off faster by itself! Also so much prettier on my counter! Thank you!
Awesome coffee maker . I t is so easy to make. I love it

Love this machine! I exchanged my K Mini plus for this and the multi-stream tech is worth it! The machine is very quiet and I’ve only used it with the strong feature and it always produces great coffee with no fuss! The quality of the lid is not as sturdy as what the Plus had but it’s a fair trade off in my eyes.
This is my 4th Keurig. I've replaced them over the years as the older ones either started acting flakey or wouldn't descale enough and had output problems, I think my first one was almost 20 years ago, so a gen 1 Keurig. So maybe about 7 years per Keurig so far. I'm not sure that all my replacements were necessary, but at some point I get to lazy to troubleshoot them. On my last one I'd have to do two 6oz brews on one k cup to get my mug appropriately full. This one has a 12 oz. brew which is really nice, I'd even like to see a 14 oz. option for my travel mug. The strong option seems to work, appears to put a little less water out, but does it over a longer time so a stronger brew. This unit appears to always have water hot or can get the tank up to temp on demand, cause when I turn it on its ready to brew. One huge difference I notice is its so quiet, my older units sounded like the sump pump was running, this one I have to look to see if coffee is coming out to make sure I hit the brew button. It's a smaller footprint, the moveable tank side or back is a nice feature. The multi-brew pokes 5 holes instead of one on top, seems to do the same or better job. The whole mechanism for hold/puncturing the kcups seems to be a better design. It comes with a contraption that holds a replaceable water filter in the tank. I can't decide if it's a pure money grab to get you to buy more consumables or a necessary addition. Odds are I won't replace it when I remove it, but I also use bottled water. Overall very happy with this unit.
