Thank you for the new coffee pot. It is great. Although the platinum series Keurig was my favorite—this is nice. I do see more coffee grounds and I’m thinking not so many holes in the pod as grounds get out. Customer Service was great and delivery was awesome!
The process to reach customer service was challenging: 4 disconnected calls, the on line process would not recognize my email as valid (altho all marketing emails come to the SAME address). Finally, a strongly worded Facebook message got through. The result was a new Keurig which was delivered quickly and works perfectly.
I was bummed when my Keurig just stopped working one day and I had only purchased it 8 months prior. My previous Keurig lasted over 5 years before I decided to upgrade. I thought I was out of the money I had spent until I read a few reviews online where customer contacted kurig and were able to have the machine replaced due to malfunction in less than a year. I was skeptical but I made the call and yep I got the replacement kurig and it works better than the first one. One super happy coffee drinker 🍵 I highly recommend kurig for their reliability and great customer service.
I bought my first machine a little over a month ago and it had a few issues, the add water light kept coming on when it was full, and every cup I made had grinds in it. Well customer service was very good and replaced it for me, but now it’s been about a week of using the new one and the add water light is popping back on when it has plenty of water inside.
