I think with the five needles, the coffee has a better taste than the single. The only negative for me is the plastic handle, the first one broke on one side, this is the replacement. So far, this one is holding up, we are very careful when opening and especially when closing. Other than that, we love the flavor it provides.
My family has owned several Keurig products, mainly coffee makers for more than two decades. During that time, we have purchased numerous coffee makers for both personal use and as gifts; experiencing problems only twice. Keurig products have proven to be that of superior quality, reliable, and affordable. We enthusiastically recommend their products!
This newer model takes up less room on your counter with its slimmer design. It is also easier to take out the water reservoir and clean it. It is much nicer then my old clunker Keurig for sure. I ordered it in gray and it looks great in that color. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that when you put the coffee pod in and close it, there is a gap and it doesn't close all the way. It doesnt effect anything, just bugs me that it wont close down tight. Otherwise, I am very happy with my updated machine!

I bought my K supreme single the first of the year and encountered a problem a couple of months later when the descaling light would not go off. After talking with customer service, they promptly replaced my unit. I’m so happy because I just love this coffee maker!
The great customer service team took care of my issue. Such a good feeling! We love love love this little beauty machine. It's so easy and gives us exactly what we want.....A HOT CUP OF JOY! Great Company.
We developed a problem with our coffeemaker and called KEURIG and explained the problem we were having. The customer service rep said he would present it to a dept and advise us of their decision as to what they could do. The same day I was advised we would be getting a new coffee maker with in a week to 10 days. Three days latter we received the new coffee maker.
My original Keurig coffee maker failed after about 5 months. The service person was very friendly and helpful. They replaced it under warranty. Within a week I had a new one delivered.
