The K Supreme one cup is efficient and easy to use. I like I I like a strong cup of coffee in the morning and I don’t want to wait for it. This Kuerig coffeemaker has an option for Strong and it starts about 10 seconds after I have made my selection.

I contacted customer service and the representative (George) was so nice and understanding. He asked that I provide some information and then 5 days later I received a brand new unit. I cannot believe it! Fantastic customer support.
