This is a replacement . Still love richness of the five stream but Will not buy again as grounds are still getting in my cup Alot even from this new replacement . Needs further work by Keurig maker..

I officiated my niece's marriage a year ago and was introduced to Keurig coffee makers at my sister's house. I fell in love with it! When I got home I purchased one for myself. It made great coffee! 1 year and 1 month after purchase for reasons unknown my coffee maker died. Keurig replaced it no fuss no muss even though the warranty had gone out. Awesome!!
This is my second Keurig in silver sage color. I sure hope this one last longer than the last one. Last one stopped working after I did a descaling and it was only 18 months old.
Purchased K Supreme coffee maker about two months ago. Had a couple minor issues consisting of a water tank leak and a problem when I descaled the item the first time. Kuerig replaced the unit immediately at no cost. This unit is a great improvement over past design we like the instant on and the ease of removing the water tank for filling. I would recommend this unit the home.
Our Keurig K-Supreme was only brewing 1/2 of what was selected, and took 4 or 5 minutes to get a single cup of coffee. It also spit and splattered everywhere. We had descaled for the third time, and discovered it was only about 6 months old. We contacted Keurig and within a week had a brand new K-Supreme that works perfectly. Customer service was quick, competent and complete non-hassle. Seriously a quality company.
