Great to work with great product they really backed it up when you need help. ours quit working they replaced it free of charge had a new one in seven days

This was a Christmas gift and I had a constant flashing light advising me to 'descale' the unit when I first plugged it in - which became a constant irritation. Keurig customer service could not have been more cooperative in sending me,a replacement! My 'new' maker is perfect!
Yes I bought my coffee machine a few months ago, and when I had few cleaning it malfunctioned. The customer service is great as they replaced my machine! Now I have coffee again, but keep your receipt. Thank you!
We had to exchange our Keurig coffee machine because the descale light would stay on all the time. The new coffee machine is great. You can taste the difference of the coffee in the new machine.
This coffee machine worked very well for almost 6 months but then suddenly stopped! Initially frustrating as to why it stopped working & going through steps to determine it was not repairable. Difficult timing to call east coast when I live in Hi. Final results was great when Keurig quickly sent me a new K-Supreme. Thank you very much! (Mahalo nui loa!) Having my great coffee again!!!
