We had a problem with our original K-Supreme unit that we got late last year. We called Keurig to file a warranty replacement and they made it INCREDIBLY easy to get a replacement. Super good experience with their warranty team.
I received a K-Supreme coffeemaker for Christmas this year . It became defective so I called customer support and received a new coffeemaker within a week! The customer service was so helpful and efficient. My new K-Supreme is working great and I’m enjoying delicious coffee. Thank you!
My machine stopped working and after troubleshooting, they sent me a replacement right away. I experienced great customer service and I am happy with my machine!
We've had 3 of the K910 brewers quit during the de-scale cycle. Did fine in the cleaning, but in the rinse portion, the "add water" display never came on despite replenishment. Triggered a thermal limiting switch after a while, which basically killed the machine. Followed the procedure precisely. Keurig replaced - thanks you very much. But this is the last try for us.
