I am happy that the company replaced my machine but I have to say I am not happy I am still having the same problem and I believe it has to do with the brand of pods I’m using. My old machine never had an issue and yet this more expensive one seems to, I am disaapointed.
After trying all recommended things to get my Keurig to work right to no effect, I called customer service, reviewed my problem with them and was on my way to getting a new Keurig in less than a week.
I bought my Supreme Keurig and was very happy. However, it stopped working as I was descaling it. I called customer service and we went thru all the steps and since it was under warranty, they sent me a knew one. I am very happy with Keurig and their customer service.
I love this coffee maker because the reservoir is a good size and it’s very simple to drop in a cake up and get my coffee going in the morning. The coffee comes out hot and delicious.
This is my second replacement. The rep was so courteous and helpful, and my replacement machine arrived very quickly. Wish I could've got the same fashion color instead of gray, but very glad they stand behind their products! Hoping the problems are being addressed so this replacement lasts. Love my Keurig!
