I bought the single serve brewer in November 2022. I was pleased with it. But in April 2023,the descaling process did not work properly and the brewer couldn’t be used. I was disappointed but Keurig promptly sent me a replacement, which is working fine.
The Keurig Supreme I got for Christmas stop working in April. I contacted Keurig about a replacement and they sent detailed instructions and were very responsive regarding the process. I got a new machine and returned the old one in less a week. Thank you for great customer service! Love how it looks!
Easy to use . Very hot coffee. Multiple cups before need to add water.K-cups convenient to use.This is a replacement for other K Supreme single serve coffee maker.
